Carousel Note Purse

Lots of people are making these cute purses so I decided to get in on the fun. I used the Afternoon Tea DSP and the Carousel Notes to create this awesome scrapbook purse. Check out the inside too! Sign up for this class to be held on June 13th. RSVP date is May 31st. Check out my Stampin’ Up! website for the details and more dates for stamp camps. First picture is front of purse, second picture is the inside right side of the purse, last picture is inside left side. Notice the pull out carousel notes so you can include even more pictures. Great scrapbooking idea!

Strawberry Flip-Up Card

Don’t you just love this designer series paper? It’s called Summer Picnic. Wouldn’t you love to be on a picnic now eating strawberries? I am crazy over strawberries, real or fake! Speaking of strawberries, isn’t it time to go strawberry picking? Well, if you’d rather not go strawberry picking how about making a strawberry birthday card for someone special? Take a look at this card. It is very hard to see, but the card flips up. Just raise the strawberry up and write your birthday message. Want to know how I got the strawberry two different colors? By using Stampin’ Up! Markers. Just color the rubber stamp with the markers. Color the stem with old olive and then color the strawberry with real red, blow (or huff) on the stamp to remoisten the ink and stamp your image. Viola! Your white dots appear magically!

 Recipe:
Stamp Set: Tart & Tangy, Hugs & Wishes
Cardstock: Real Red, Whisper White, Summer Picnic DSP, Old Olive, Bashful Blue
Ink: Basic Black
Accessories: Real Red and Old Olive Markers, 1 3/8” & 1 ¼” Circle punches, White Gel Pen, Real Red 5/8” ribbon, scallop punch, slit punch

Ever Seen a Pink Passion Ladybug?

I “Much Appreciated” you visiting my site. Come back soon!

Happy Heart Day

Do you have “Happy Heart Day?” This is another swap card I designed. Are you wondering what a swap is? It is when a demonstrator forms a group of demonstrators who want to exchange cards. This way we do not have to come up with all of the card designs for our workshops. We design and make a certain number of our card and then we swap our cards with each other. We share our ideas! If you think you may be interested in joining my team, email me now. There is a great demonstrator special going on for the month of May.

Recipe:
Stamp Set: Happy Heart Day
Cardstock: Real Red, Basic Black, Almost Amethyst, Almost Amethyst and Certainly Celery DSP
Ink: Basic Black
Accessories: Three for You Punch, Real Red and Certainly Celery Markers

From a Scallop to a Heart

I’m a little late posting this card for Valentine’s Day, but if you like the design, you can always use a different greeting. Are you wondering how I got a heart in those corners? I used my SU scallop punch. Just insert the punch until you see the shape of a heart and punch. Clever huh? This was my February swap card with other demonstrators, do you like it?

Recipe:
Stamp Set: Print Pattern, Simply Said
Cardstock: Regal Rose, Certainly Celery, Tempting Turquoise, Flowers for You DSP
Ink: Certainly Celery, Regal Rose, Tempting Turquoise
Accessories: Scallop Punch, Certainly Celery Grosgrain Ribbon

Enjoy your day. I hope you get to do some stamping today!

Monogrammed Purse and Notecards

This monogrammed purse with 6 notecards was a class I taught in May 2007. Thought you may be interested in seeing other ideas you can create with SU products. Check out my SU website to see other great classes I am offering. If you like purses (like I do), click here to check out this class (you must RSVP by May 31st). This carousel note purse even holds your photos!

Do You Like Scallops?

Time for another card! How about scallops? This card opens up like a Z card. This card was made with “So Many Scallops.” This was a 2008 Sell-a-Bration set which you got for FREE with a $50 purchase. If you missed Sell-a-Bration this year, don’t let it bypass you next year!

Recipe:
Stamp Set: So Many Scallops
Cardstock: Wild Wasabi, Pumpkin Pie, Brilliant Blue, Jersey Shore DSP
Ink: Brilliant Blue, Pumpkin Pie
Accessories: Bashful Blue Brads, Wild Wasabi Striped Ribbon, White Gel Pen, Scallop Punch, Slit Punch, 1 3/8″ circle punch, and 1 1/4″ circle punch

Hope you like it. Check back soon for more cards!
