Chalkboard Pastels Technique

Look at this bright and cheery card. We made this card at my upline’s technique class. It is called “Chalkboard Pastels.”

The how to: Ink your stamp with white pigment ink and stamp on dark cardstock. Solid images work best, but are not required. Twist a sponge dauber in the chalk color of your choice and dab it over the stamped image. Carefully wipe image with a Swiffertowel to remove excess chalk. Sealant is optional. Check out my club classes where we also learn stamping techniques. Hope to see you soon. Thanks for dropping by.

Stamp Set: Garden Whimsey
Cardstock: Basic Black, Pink Passion, Green Galore, YoYo Yellow
Ink: Basic Black, White Craft Ink, Pink Passion
Accessories: Black Gingham Ribbon, Sponge Daubers
